Sitting and writing the whole day made me feel sick sometimes. This book should be like a Bible for all those who sit for hours and lead a very sedate life. Mostly due to the job requirements. She has spoken about what our body needs and what are the things we can do to protect ourselves from leading an unhealthy lifestyle. I loved the concept of Circadian Rhythm which the author speaks extensively about. A must read at least for all authors.
